EYFS Team

Here at Ecclesall Kids club we have an EYFS team this group will collectively look after your children and monitor their wellbeing and progress throughout their time at the club. Please see our meet the keyworker sheets below to get to know them better!

Tammy Mason - EYFS Lead

A little about me: I am a qualified Level 3 practitioner with a CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education, as well as a degree in Psychology. I have been working with children since 2006, my most previous job before EKC was Manager at a junior out of school club, as well as a part time nanny. Something different about me – I breathe via my neck. I have nerve damage on my vocal cords, so I have a tracheostomy in that helps me to breathe. How we explain this to the children is that my airway is blocked, so I don’t use my mouth and nose to breathe like they do. They are also always encouraged to ask questions if they want to. If they are lucky they may see my party trick of blowing bubbles using my neck!
My favourite colour is: Blue
My favourite food is: Maple Pork Belly
Things I like to do outside of club are: I am a big movie fan and have membership at the light cinema in Sheffield. I am a pretty good hula hooper and love holidays. I have a cat called Simba and he is very spoiled.
