Our Mission

We aim to provide low-cost, high-quality, safe, and stimulating playcare in a welcoming and friendly environment. Our focus is ongoing childcare for parents who need it throughout each academic year. While we do offer ad-hoc or irregular spaces when available, this cannot be guaranteed.

Other Information

Club Popularity

We are a very busy club, and most sessions are oversubscribed, except Fridays. Places are not guaranteed, even if a child attends the same day every year. Existing parents get early access to secure their sessions for the following academic year. We also maintain waiting lists for parents who are unable to secure spots when bookings go live.

Booking System

We use Magic Booking, an online system that allows you to book or cancel sessions:

Please do not rely on the school to inform us if your child will not attend. We are a separate business, and it’s essential you inform us directly. We ask that you avoid emailing cancellations, as inbox access is intermittent, and we may miss your message.

Late Pick-Up Fees

A £15 charge applies for late pick-ups after 6:00pm, which is set automatically in Magic Booking. Staff cannot override this fee. For more details, refer to our Booking Policy.

Activities and Play

We believe in having fun both indoors and outdoors. Our activities include:

Why Cancellations Matter

It’s really important to cancel any sessions your child won’t be attending, even on the day. If a child doesn’t turn up and we’re expecting them, our staff have to spend time trying to locate them, rather than caring for the children present. If we can’t get in touch with you and the child remains unaccounted for, we are required to contact the police as part of our safeguarding procedures, just as schools do.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Please do not use the school car park to drop off or pick up your child, including during Holiday Club. This is in line with the school’s policy to ensure the safety of children, parents, and staff entering and exiting the building.
