Holiday Club October Half Term 2024

General Information

The Play Programme consists of our main planned activities but we also include child-led play and activity requests throughout the day. We endeavour to have outside play twice a day and offer lots of opportunities to make new friends.

Full day sessions 7.40 am–6 pm – £35
Half day sessions (7.40am-1pm/1pm-6pm) – £20
Full week discount at £31 per day. Sibling discount at £5 per second/third child etc. at day rate. (Please note that only one discount can be applied)

We request payment for Holiday Club in advance and unfortunately cancellations are non-refundable.

Please take extra note of the play plan on days when we have trips. Children must arrive by the time stated or you may not be able to join that session.

Packed Lunches

All children attending full day and AM sessions require a packed lunch. Please could all packed lunch boxes/bags contain an ice pack as we do not have the facilities to refrigerate lunches.
We are a nut free club so please do not send any items containing nuts/nut products.

Could we also ask that lunches are as healthy as possible, following the NHS healthy eating guidelines. We have attached a healthy lunchbox poster for guidance.

Times, Costs and Booking

Most of the extra costs from trips and activities are included in the session price. On occasion, sessions may require a supplement payment, due to the activity costing more. This will clearly be shown on the play plan and will be included in your session payment via magic booking.

Please use Magic Booking to check availability and book sessions. If you aren’t registered with us and don’t use our club normally, then you’ll need to look on our website to find out more about how to register your child’s details with us via Magic Booking. A booking cannot be made via our Magic Booking system unless the registration information (including contact details, medical and allergy information) is complete.

For any other aspects of holiday club you’d like to discuss please call us on 0114 268 1116  during club opening hours (7:40–8:40 am and 3:25–6 pm). Outside these hours please leave a voicemail and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Disclaimer – Please note our staff have term time only contracts and Holiday Club dates are dependant on staff availability. We require sufficient Leaders and experienced staff to volunteer to enable us to run each day. Holiday Clubs are run subject to booking numbers. Whilst we always endeavour to run a Holiday Club, on rare occasions we reserve the right to withdraw Holiday Club sessions, if low bookings mean we will have a significant financial loss and the experience for the children would be impacted by few other children being there . Parents will always receive a minimum of 2 weeks notice if this is the case as we review bookings and set final staffing at least 2 weeks before we run.
